Apollo Hall had a cross-domain booking journey across Squarespace and Booqable, so checkout attribution required domain handoff configuration, purchase event validation and Google Ads conversion mapping for completed venue bookings.

What Tracking Setup Was Implemented?

The setup connected GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads around the booking journey from venue page visit to completed payment.

The measurement plan used a dedicated booking thank-you page, cross-domain attribution rules and event validation in GA4 DebugView and Realtime reports. Microsoft Clarity was installed for session recording and behavior analysis.

How Were Google Ads Conversions Configured?

Google Ads conversion tracking measured booking purchases, website calls, ad calls, contact form submissions and Calendly booking actions.

  • begin_checkout: add-to-cart click on the book-now page.
  • purchase: successful booking payment on the thank-you page.
  • pdf_click: document download or PDF interaction.
  • calendly_event_viewed: scheduler event view.
  • calendly_select_date: selected appointment date.
  • email_click: email link interaction.
  • phone_number_click: phone link interaction.
